We all know that chill weather outside the home and heaters inside the home both takes away the water and the moist looks which is required by the dewy softness of our skin.ONE IMPORTANT THING TO REMEMBER IS THAT WINTERS LET YOU MORE PRONE TO PREMATURE WRINKLES.Dehydration of skin makes it chapped and cracked.Natural ways are harmless and gives you good results.There are few tips which you can try at home and within few minutes you will rock.
Tip # 1 for BODY Excluding Face
Massage your arms and legs with pure almond oil.Leave it for an hour before going for bath. Take bath with lukewarm water.Do it more frequently for chapped skin and two times a week if doing as a part of routine skincare.Almond oil is rich in vitamin E which is very good for healthy skin It prevents skin from being chapped and also heals the dry itchy skin.It not only acts as a barrier against harsh winter but also makes skin strength to be increase to fight against the harsh winter.Almond Oil Lock the skin moisture and acts as a vitamin rich water for thirsty skin.
Tip # 2 FOR FACE
Make a mixture adding a cup of rose water and two teaspoon of glycerine .You can keep this mixture in a capped bottle for about two weeks.Apply the mixture daily on your face and neck with cotton.Let it dry and leave it for overnight and then wash in the morning. You will see a baby soft pink glow and a soft fur feeling in your skin .With daily use i assure you that you will going to be more soft and supple.
Tips# 3 FOR Face
Mix two spoons of yogurt with one spoon of honey and apply it on face and neck .Leave it for 15 mins and then wash. Pat dry your face.You will notice a soft clear and fresh face with a radiant glow .As you know yogurt is good in many ways for skin. It contain calcium which increases the skin metabolism ,remove toxin and strengthen skin to act as barrier against winter harshness.
